I do like the responses but I am not willing to not have weapons in my home or on my person. When we stop giving toy guns to children, when we as a society seek out them who are isolated or isolating and bring them into the fold, when we take every 12 year old and teach them the nature and breakdown and assembly of guns to demystify them, when we demilitarize local law enforcement; perhaps then people will control themselves and their guns with greater caution.

Good for these truth-telling girls. I'm so sorry they had to experience terror, death and violence in their young lives.
