I am amazed, but at first I got the answer I had expected, I watched CNN who reported wrongly it was overturned, it took them 10 minutes to correct it.
The Medicade part of it will cause some states to stay out of the program, however I think they will come under pressure not to leave the sick in the streets, it will be pretty hard I think to claim the sick must suffer so they can buck Obama.
This has been one of the few times I've stayed tuned to Faux News, because watching them bob and weave to spin this thing as a win for the fundies is something to behold.
They're now saying the fact that there is no criminal penalty for failure to pay the fine for not joining in the purchase of health insurance means people can "protest" this ruling by not participating, and the fines decreed by the Affordable Care Act can't legally be collected.
Amazing day. I rarely open a beer before eleven AM, but downed one in one pull just to celebrate the moment. Now my head hurts and I need a nap.
I might need some affordable health care if this doesn't let up...

This is a start, now to work on single payer by electing a Democratic Congress in the majority and Obama in the White House. It's not impossible.

I always felt that all Americans should have easy access to medical care but I worry since the Obamacare law was written by the medical and parmaceutical industries, in fact by Romneycare!
