Cinema

Directly from Canned Film Festival, for discriminate viewers only...we present, Boogie Down Night.

A tad long, admittedly, but be sure to watch the final minute or so.

ADDENDUM:
After having already posted this, it occurred to me that I didn't properly explain this post. My five year old daughter is a Littlest Pet Shop fan...in a big way. She has dozens of them and they are her favorite toy. The entire Littlest Pet Shop thing is almost a cult, to the point that there are hundreds of Littlest Pet Shop videos on YouTube. The biggest fan of which is my daughter. She had been asking to make her own pet video, and my oldest daughter and I sat down one day and helped her do that. That's what you will see here.

mr-stu---Time is of no importance when one is creating art. Great cinematic careers were launched with lesser material than this.

becomingkate---he was asleep until the end.

Judy---the things an older father will do when his children bat those pretty lashes and beg him...Please daddy, please, please.

I have no small kids, so I guess I'd have to make a video like that for myself :-)

Judy---very clever. I've had at least a dozen people ask me how we did it.

Yep, their laughter is the key to my heart.

Oh, my. Intellikid collected "Littlest Pet Shops" critters, too. Back when they were really, really little, and were fairly realistic representations of real animals (apart from their size!)

Those toys enjoyed a better standard of living than we did!

Enjoyed the video. We'll look for you at the Oscars next year!

intell---glad you're back :)

My littlest is obsessed with the things. I suppose it could be worse...the obsession could be with Barbie, which I abhor. The grandmother, in spite of my protestations, tried the Barbie thing on both of my daughters...it didn't take.

Chiao baby...gotta go take a production meeting.
